Exhibitor Requirements
To successfully book a stand, exhibitors must meet the following criteria: provide proof of insurance, comply with health and safety regulations, and ensure all displayed products meet the event’s quality standards. Additionally, exhibitors should prepare promotional materials to enhance their presence at the show.
Trade Stand Packages
Farmers Market, Craft Stalls and Trade Stands - £45-80
£45 per 3 metre plot
£80 for a double plot which includes two entry tickets
Catering Stands - By application
by tender and application through the form
Agricultural Trade Stand Package - £150
Free entry to the country show for up to two people
Trade Stand 5m x 20m depth.

What is the deadline for booking?
The deadline for booking a stand is 28th February 2026.
We recommend applying early as spaces are limited and fill up quickly.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to provide your own gazebo, tables and chairs. If there is the sale of alcohol you will need to provide a TENs licence.
Can I choose the location of my stand?
While we cannot guarantee specific locations, we do our best to accommodate preferences. Please indicate your preferred area on the booking form.
